Pruitt Bucks
Pruitt Bucks are managed and applied to orders by PruittHealth exclusively, so there won't be anything on this ordering website regarding them or showing how many you might have in your account. If you have outstanding Pruitt Bucks, they will be applied to your order by your local payroll representative AFTER your order is placed (1 Pruitt Buck = 1 US Dollar). If you have a concern about your Pruitt Bucks, please contact your local payroll representative.
In other words, if you know that you have Pruitt Bucks in your account but see a charge for your order when you check out, don't worry. Your Pruitt Bucks will be applied to your order AFTER checkout by your local payroll representative. Since PruittHealth handles the Pruitt Bucks program, Nadel’s customer service team will be unable to provide any details about it.
Are these the only items I can order?
Yes. These are all the items that have been approved by PruittHealth. If you see something you would like to be added to the webstore, please reach out to Nadel’s customer service team with a description of the item. Nadel and PruittHealth will then review all proposed items and determine quarterly which of them to add to the store.
Are these items branded?
Yes. For both logo wear and branded items, you can select which logo you would like on the item, depending on the color of the item. Green items cannot be branded with the Christian City, Laurel Park and Carolina Gardens logos.
For giveaway items, you will be restricted with respect to logo options. Each item will indicate whether different logos can be used or not.

How do I place a department order?
Orders placed by Department Heads* on behalf of their departments will be charged to their respective company department. When placing orders for their department, Department Heads should enter in their 4-digit department code before finalizing their order. Orders placed by Department Heads for personal purchases (only) will be charged via payroll deduction.
*Department Heads = Administrator/Director-level job titles and above only
How am I supposed to pay?
Our site is currently set up for payroll deduction. Unless you are a Department Head placing an order for your department (in which case your department will be billed), the PruittHealth billing software will apply any Pruitt Bucks* you might have in your account to your order AFTER you've actually placed the order. Then the rest** will be deducted from your next paycheck. If you have further questions about payroll deduction, please contact your local payroll representative.

How long will it take to receive my item(s)?
4 weeks for Branded Items and 4-6 weeks for LogoWear. If it has been more than 4 weeks and you still have not received your order, please contact our Customer Service team at pruitthealth@nadel.com
Termination
All PruittHealth accounts are updated on a nightly basis. Once you are no longer an official PruittHealth partner your access to this site will be suspended. If you have recently placed an order that you no longer wish to receive, please contact our Customer Service team pruitthealth@nadel.com and/or talk to your payroll representative.
Are these the only items that you carry?
No. But these are all the items that PruittHealth has currently approved for this webstore.
Do some logo wear items run larger or smaller?
Please reach out to our Customer Service team at pruitthealth@nadel.com should you have questions regarding specific item sizes.
I received an item I didn't order.
Please contact our Customer Service team at pruitthealth@nadel.com during normal business hours (EST) and we will be glad to assist you.
Where do my items get shipped?
All items will be shipped to the facility in which you work, or if you specify, to your home address. Your facility's address will show up when you go to check out, but you can change it if you'd like. Please ensure you input your home address correctly. Please note that your shipping costs may be more expensive if the item is sent to your home.
Your items will arrive at your official PruittHealth facility within twenty-one (21) business days or less.
Exchange, Returns, Defective Items Policy
Nadel will be happy to work with partners on exchanges and defective items with the following conditions:
- Defective items will be replaced at no charge to the partner.
- Size exchanges will be accepted if the partner agrees to provide certain information:
- Any request for exchange/replacement must be accompanied by the original web order number.
- Items can be exchanged if the partner is willing to pay additional shipping back to the partner’s business location and to pay the upcharge, if any, for larger sizes.
- An email is required from the partner that includes the original web order number and a statement agreeing to pay any additional charges through payroll deduction.
- Returns will not be accepted.

What if I place an order in error, and want a refund?
If you place a personal order in error and require a refund, please click on the "Contact Us" button immediately and provide your name, employee number and order number. This information will be shared with our payroll department to ensure your paycheck is not affected, or that you can have a check sent to you for deductions to your paycheck that may have already happened. You will also be expected to return the item you purchased in order if you have already received it.
If you place a department order in error, and the items were customized to your location (phone number, location name, etc.), please click the "Contact Us" button immediately and provide the order number and describe your error. If the order has not been printed/ shipped, it can be cancelled. If it has already been printed/ shipped, you will unfortunately not be able to refund the order and return the items, as they will not be usable by any other location.
